The items were ordered to create the character make-up for Jonathan Brewster in the comedy, "Arsenic and Old Lace." They arrived promptly, well packed and as described. The character look is terrific, and gets a great response in the performance.

So I have been wearing your prosthetic mask for a few years now. I work at two of the largest haunted house in northern California so I know good quality. When we started buying it in 2014 the foam was close to twice as thick, and a more full piece. I even ordered two this time hoping one would be a good mold. But sadly both were super thin, and the mask ends 1/2 inch below eye sockets. Before I hear that is normal, its not. I have over 8 masks from previous years that are considerably longer down my face. I am not sure what is going on, but from 2014-2015 it was a full piece. 2016 to present half the details are missing. I pour molds and do make up, so I understand that it takes a few tries to get a good results from foam latex, but
Its not OK to charge $30 + a piece for amateur quality. I will not be ordering again, but hopefully you can improve your quality control for future buyers, because my experience sounds pretty common from other haunt buyers and your business

The appliance doesn't look like the one pictured on the website. The one pictured not the website covers more of the lower face ecspecially around the nasal labaial folds and the hollows of the cheek area. The other big problem is that the edges on the prosthetic are sub par compaird to pieces I've gotten from this site in the past.
