 One(1) pair of foam latex ears with places for 10 piercings on each.  Once makeup is applied, you can add real jewelry to complete your look.  Less risk of tearing the foam or ruining the look by trying to apply pierced ear jewelry to foam pieces that were not designed for piercings.
