As an actor I prefer working as a voice artist or under heavy prosthetic makeup as I did as the Rhaandarite crewman in Star Trek: The Motion Picture. My current role is as an older gentleman in a yoga class in the Indie film CANNED. The prosthetic nose from Mostly Dead, along with a mustache, glasses and greying hair will pay homage to my acting idol, Boris Karloff. The film is a "mockumentary," about the TV sitcom industry, but now only you and I will know that I was going for the NIGHT KEY Karloff look. Thanks Mostly Dead for a great prosthetic and the free giant plastic housefly!
The nose fit my actor perfectly and the edges blended beautifully! I received the order quickly and I am very pleased. Dracula looked amazing!
This worked well for the witch costume along with the small chin appliance. I would recommend applying a skin-toned color to the appliance first and then whatever color you are going for because if you don't, the appliances grab a lot of light in photos and look odd and brighter than your natural skin.
